He made my fairytale wedding a reality. From the appetizers which included a hot and cold splash (braised beef with avocado gelato) and an artisanal cheese spread with house jams and local fruits; to the main entrees, people were blown away in ecstasy. I actually had a guest tell me that! My favorite was the Kona Coffee filet mignon with a demi-glace paired with marscapone mashers and bok choy. The specialty cocktails Chef designed were delicious including mojitos and a rosehip lychee martini. We later had aged cheddar sliders as a snack that hit the spot. This was great since our guests had enjoyed their share of spirits! The presentation of the food was an artistic wonder….just beautiful. Chef Scotty created an exquisite experience not only for myself and new hubby but for all our guests. You can tell Chef Scotty treats each guest/event with 100% love and perfection. He is a true professional and beyond amazing as a chef. He will create the perfect evening for any event.
