APPRECIATION

To say Chef Scotty is perfection is not enough. He made my fairytale wedding a reality. From the appetizers which included a hot and cold splash (braised beef with avocado gelato) and an artisanal cheese spread with house jams and local fruits; to the main entrees, people were blown away in ecstasy. I actually had a guest tell me that! My favorite was the Kona Coffee filet mignon with a demi-glace paired with mascarpone mashers and bok choy. The specialty cocktails Chef designed were delicious including mojitos and a rosehip lychee martini. We later had aged cheddar sliders as a snack that hit the spot. This was great since our guests had enjoyed their share of spirits! The presentation of the food was an artistic wonder....just beautiful. Chef Scotty created an exquisite experience not only for myself and new hubby but for all our guests. You can tell Chef Scotty treats each guest/event with 100% love and perfection. He is a true professional and beyond amazing as a chef. He will create the perfect evening for any event.

Best Food!!! If you want your guest to walk away talking about the best food they have ever had at an event, you NEED to get Chef Scotty and the team at Indulchi Catering. The staff (Scotty, Tami, Jules) really were all so kind, generous, and gave our guests a dinner to remember! They went above and beyond. For example- we had a guest who missed dinner due to unforeseen circumstances, the staff made him a plate of all the food and fed him, even though service was over. The appetizers were delectable, and personally I loved the swordfish that was cooked up for the main course. They also traveled quite a bit to be at our venue early! So grateful to have had them on our special day.

Chef Scotty with Indulchi Catering went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day catering was perfect. Scotty executed the menu with precision, and everything turned out so delicious! The staff who worked with Scotty were incredibly professional and attentive; I've never been to wedding before with such great service. The servers were constantly checking in with us and the other tables, topping off waters, grabbing drinks for guests, and clearing plates quickly. Scotty has such a bright personality and was so fun to work with. I couldn't wait to give him a big hug when dinner service was completed so I could thank him in person for everything. Excellent work, Scotty!

Y’all, our wedding guests will not shut up about the food that Chef Scotty provided for our wedding weekend. Scotty went above and beyond. Hire him and his team and you will not be disappointed. Details: My husband and I had a pretty remote wedding (northern Wisconsin, closest big town was 45 minutes away) but wanted a black-tie wedding, with all tray-served appetizers. Lots of them, and elegant. Scotty embraced the challenge, and we honestly don’t know what our wedding would have been without him. He worked wonders out of a tiny, non-commercial kitchen, I still don’t know how he did it. We gave pretty minimal direction — one or two favorite dishes, but nothing else — and he ran with it. We also had Scotty cater a brunch the next day and holy sh*t it was the best food I’ve ever had. We were upfront about our budget, and he stayed within it — outlining costs for us in several invoices. Scotty and his team also pay attention to the details. We had a few GF and vegetarian guests and, once the staff identified who they were, made a point to bring over the GF and veg apps to them first. We’re not local to the area, but we’re already brainstorming ways we can hire Scotty and his team in the future.

Chef Scotty made my 40th birthday from the moment I walked in! The ambience and table setting was on point with beautiful rose gold colors and an anything but average charcuterie board to start the evening. Not only were the flavors of regional meats, cheese, and crostini spreads out of this world the vegetables and fruits were delicious and hit the spot to get the party started. The humiso was an amazing treat to which is Scotty's take on hummus. I must confess I tried a lot of new items that satisfied my pallet to perfection this evening which made the night more fun and adventurous! Next up we had ahi tuna lettuce wraps that were mouthwatering and elegant. Seared scallops were shared that were cooked to perfection! Last but not least we had porcini mushroom medley with small Italian pasta pillows in a delectable sauce! Did I mention attention to detail? Chef Scotty was easy to work with and has many ideas to get you started to wow your guests! If you are looking for an individualized unique event that is different than anyone else ... Look no further! I am looking forward to hiring him again soon for more events coming up in the future!

You know when you go to someone else’s wedding and you say to yourself when it comes to my own wedding, I MUST have that or I’m definitely NOT doing that. Scotty was one of those I MUST haves. I arrived early to a wedding and saw firsthand how meticulous Scotty was with set up and the presentation/taste of his dinner creations! Blown away by how much his food did NOT taste like typical “wedding food.” I knew immediately he was one of a kind and we hired him on the spot for our wedding the following year. He and the staff presented themselves with the upmost professionalism. They were very calm among the chaos of a large wedding. Our guests all raved about our dinner! Hire him, I promise you will be getting the very best!

Scotty is a genius. I doubt anyone else in Wisconsin would be able to replicate what Scotty did for our wedding weekend. He conjured up some of the best food any of our well-traveled guests have ever eaten in a rustic environment that must have required an insane amount of logistical expertise. His food is creative, decadent and delicious without being ostentatious. He also makes excellent cocktails. On top of all of that, he’s an absolute prince of a man. I cannot recommend Scotty enough.

Private event guest. We had the absolute PLEASURE of Chef Scotty’s company and profound culinary skills for a private birthday event this past weekend. He knocked it out of the park for a tapas style meal that I never wanted to end! Everything he prepared was with such finesse, using high quality local ingredients and the most fantastic flavor combinations! We ate with our “eyes first” and he nailed it down to every last detail! I wouldn’t have changed a thing about the menu, and you can just tell that this is his PASSION. I cannot thank you enough Scotty for such an unforgettable meal.
